Facilities
Licensed bar serving alcohol, hot and cold drinks and bar snacks, People have had Pizza delivered in
the past & the JUST EAT and DELIVEROO apps do deliver to where we are, we do not have a problem with this, Please do not bring any alcohol on site, Anyone caught with their own alcohol OR drugs will be asked to leave and possibly be banned from further Fixtures/Events & details passed on to the venue.
Toilets on site.
FREE on site parking (Club entrance is down path on right as you look at the building).
Tables and Chairs provided but please use a pit towel to protect the tables from damage. (towels can be provided if forgotten) Drivers may be asked to pay for any damages to table tops by the LPFA
Mains power; The club has a limited number of 4way sockets so please bring your own extension lead if possible.

Race Days/Times:
Every other Friday night; Doors open 6.30pm, First Race around 7.30pm, aim to end around 10pm/10.15pm at the latest.

Classes raced:
We race 1/12th scale bangers with a support formula (1300 Saloon Stox, Mini stox & F2s; all 1/12th scale) on various Race nights. Visit the rules page for general/build rules for each class, feel free to speak to race control with any queries.
Race fees:
Adults: £6 for 1 formula, £1 for additional formula
Juniors (Under 12) : £3 for 1 formula, 50p For additional formula

We race on a short oval with a primofelt race surface with post and wire corners.
Track size is 8m in length and 4m wide.

Transponders
We run the trackmate transponder system, if you're a Bicester Banger Club regular we will appreciate you buying your own transponder as it will make everything quicker and simpler if you have your own it will be registered to you all the time and you won't have to mount a new one in your car every race/meeting, these can either be purchased from PRIDDLES RACE SPARES on race nights or via the KAMTEC website, For visiting drivers there are a limited of Club transponders but depending on driver numbers these may have to be swapped around between drivers.
These will need to be velcroed on the top plate / servo in the windscreen area, and will be powered by your cars battery via the circuit board or spare port on your receiver.
Transponders on club nights are usually limited to a first come first serve basis, anybody can race for fun without one if they choose.
